(Anonymous) 2012-09-08 02:13 pm (UTC)(link)She would never do her dishes (knowing I would do them because it made my stomach turn to have a filthy kitchen), to the point where she would leave appliances dirty and on the counter before going home for the weekend.
She cried non-stop LOUDLY for the first two weeks. I understand at eighteen being two hours from home for the first time ever can be sad and uncomfortable (I was twenty-three at the time), but she wailed CONSTANTLY!
She never ever offered to clean the bathroom, would leave globs of hair in the shower drain and finish the toilet paper without changing it. ¬.¬
The girl I had second year (well one of them, the other was great) was just... clueless.
One day the pipe under our sink exploded while she was home, gushing water everywhere, and when we got home from class (my other roommate and I were in the same program), we had to deal with cleaning up all the water and calling the landlord because she 'hadn't noticed' that water... and it had been really loud, like we heard it as soon as we stepped inside the front door.
