I'm going to assume that the OP is serious about this statement and proceed from there. I've actually not read any fic involving the rape of Damian. I'm not saying that it isn't out there, it is. (There's fic for anything you could look for... I once stumbled across a Hagrid/Dobby fic in the HP fandom.) I haven't read it because I'm not in favor of it and a lot of people don't write him in a sexual manner at all. There is such a thing as gen fic and many of his fans, and fans of the Bat Family in general, include him exclusively in those. You don't have to be a pedo to like him.

(There are also a lot of writers who write future!fic involving him, so that he's an adult in their stories.)

That's what the secret is about. I assumed OP was talking about a specific writer who only wrote underage porn. This makes so much more sense.

And yeah, I don't look for fics for him because I don't really like him, but none of those I did read featured Damian in sexual situations. Mostly it was just gen batfamily stuff.

Well there is a lot of fanfiction about Tim getting raped, killed, murdered, comitting suicide...and that's all from his big fans!

Yeah, but Dick at least gets a lot of sex to go with that. And Jason gets to kick asses and get a lot of sex. Damian...Honestly I don't know. The only Damian fanfiction I read was about him beating up Tim and everyone else gushing over him. It was weird. So I guess Damian gets to beat up Tim with that?

The hell are you talking about?
1) Most fic that have him in sexual situations (consensual or otherwise) have him aged up.
2) Most fic I've read about 10 year old him is GEN. The rest has him crushing (sometimes reciprocally) on a similarly aged child or have him crushing on an *oblivious* adult/teenager.

There is a lot of fic on tumblr that isn't posted on ff.net or a03. I see a lot of fanfiction and fan art that has him paired with Dick while still under age. So it's not fic of two teenagers having sex, but an underage teenager (usually 14ish) having sex with a late 20s/early 30s year old man, which is still pedophilia.

I've even seen NC-17 fan art that has Damian wearing that white outfit he wore when he first appeared, and is still clearly a child.

So it is totally out there, and it squicks me to hell every time I see it.

ok out of curiosity I am skimming through Damian's tag on Ao3 and on the first 10 or so pages there are only a couple M/E rated fics, and most of those don't feature him in the pairing, and the ones that DO seem to all have aged him up to at least teenager. So maybe that's just an FF.net thing?
