It's called 'with holding' which, while a person does have the right to decide who they do, and do not have sex with and when...there's the counter point of 'both people's needs need to be met in a relationship' and he pretty much ignored her need [and desire] to explore sexuality before marriage. So, he qualifies as 'withholding' which is something abusers have been known to do.

Err... what? It's a sign of abuse if people have different morals about sex? If anyone was in the wrong in that situation, it was Bella; she started putting the moves on him after he repeatedly told her no.

He withheld the sex again after their first time because he was afraid to hurt her, even if she didn't mind. I'm not sure what the implications of that are, but that had nothing to do with "different morals about sex" so idk.

Ah, sorry, I forgot about that.

Because he practically broke the bed, and she ended up bruised. Just because she said she was okay with it doesn't mean he was. Not everyone is cool with hurting a partner during sex. Jesus christ, that's not abusive or "withholding". It would be withholding if he didn't give her sex until she did something else for him or something. Now THAT would be wrong.
