What do you do regarding leaked episodes? Do you watch them before and then watch them on TV if you can? Or do you still wait?

I watch them because I don't watch TV anyway.

If you watch the episodes, than you're watching TV. You're just not watching it on a television.

I was thinking, "Vegetables wtf? No... that's leeks, isn't it."

I usually wait until they air on T.V. even though I don't have a T.V. :) It just seems fair to me to wait to download the T.V. aired version rather than, I don't know, trying to get a jumpstart.

If they're any good at all, fandom will still be around after I watch them.

I watch them and then watch them on TV again, if they are any good. Especially, since producers will go back and tweak them a bit right before they air.

I watch the leak and when the episode airs. Although the only time I've done this has been with Adventure Time when the Fionna and Cake episodes was leaked.

If I was interested in the show, I'll watch it. For example, I've already watched Elementary even though it's not going to air for another twenty days.

Well, I don't do most American TV fandom since I stopped getting cable so I don't often run into this. When an anime episode gets leaked from a subtitle site, though, I choose not to watch it. I'm thrilled that Americans (and sometimes people in other countries) are starting to be able to watch anime TV shows at the same time as they air legally, and I wouldn't dare do anything to harm that relationship.

I watch them. Chances are the show isn't airing where I am yet, if ever. So I watch it. I'm going to be pirating either way so when doesn't really matter

Well, you're assuming that what one wants to watch usually appears on one's TV before it appears, non-leaked, online.

I get everything online unless its from my not-US country, because it doesn't appear on TV for ages. So it doesn't matter if it's leaked or not. Besides, no ads, can rewind, etc.

If they are truly leaked, as in somehow stolen and posted online early, I won't watch them. I guess it's a moral thing. I don't know. Then again most stuff I want to watch is rarely "leaked."

The only thing was Korra and whoever was doing that just pissed me off.

I refused to watch Korra for that very same reason.

Oh wait, that's a lie. I went on a Motorcity binge marathon not that long ago, and I ended up grabbing the leaked episodes because I wanted more :(

I don't often watch things on the tv anyways because their air times don't match up with my irl schedule, and I lack a hdpvr. So in that case, I grab the better quality rip after it airs. If I do end up watching them again on TV, it's because it's something I like to watch with others irl as it airs (or to livetweet with people because i enjoy doing dumb things a lot of the time).

Motorcity is such an odd instance. We're never sure WHAT is going to be released WHEN, because so many episodes are already on the net.

I still need to find Reunion.
