I ditched Bones very early on but I was always surprised the show thought it was a good idea to make them will they/won't they. The actors have no chemistry and I felt more awkwardness between them then anything else.

Oddly enough, they're much better now that they're together. And the relationship isn't in the foreground as much as in other shows.

This. And I've loved them from day 1, even when I wanted to bang my head into the wall over the whole UST crap.

I still want to shoot Booth half the time, but I love them so much. ;~;

I really, really, really wish they'd been platonic friends. They could have been so epic. They had a great dynamic but all the romance stuff just never worked for me. I would have been so endlessly thrilled for an awesome M/F friendship.
