One of the older buildings on my campus that I regularly go through to get to other places has a set of automatic, non-glass doors that swing outward (or inward, if you approach them from the other direction).

Whenever I approach them from the main direction, I have to resist the urge to raise my hand and pretend to force-push them outward.


...sometime if I'm alone I give in to the urge :D

I did this at literally every automatic door for a while when I was a kid. It's fun!

I work at a store that has Toblerones in the candy aisle. Whenever someone buys one, I tell them that "Toblerones are brilliant", hoping that they'll get the Cabin Pressure reference. They never do.

I'm infected with all the commercial jingles. Anytime I hear someone say something that's happens to be an exact quote from a jingle, I have a hard time stopping myself from saying the next line.

Sometimes I don't manage to stop myself.

Yeah I similarly have a real problem about quoting song lyrics in conversation. It's just one of those things that I find absolutely hilarious, and I know no one else finds it funny and I shouldn't, but sometimes I can't help myself.

I tend to adopt fandom foods and enjoy them while watching said fandom. So when I watch a new episode of Once Upon a Time I drink hot chocolate and cinnamon, and today I ate a waffle and watched Parks and Rec.

Every time a song I particularly like comes on radio (or a TV show on TV) I start singing the intro (be it voice or instrumental).

Like Hawaii five-0...I always sing the intro.

I used to live in a city where a lot of the street names corresponded with names of characters in my fandoms. Like, I couldn't go anywhere without seeing at least three. I pored over the map one day, highlighting them all.

Confidential to Due South fans: honest to god, there was an intersection at Victoria and Fraser.
