But be sure that it's someone you're happy to share your issues with, even if you don't think the dreams are about those issues. More than once, I've known people to describe a puzzling dream to a close friend or family member, only to have them laugh or grin because the subtext is obvious to someone who knows them. And then, after this is pointed out, the dreamer can usually see it too.
