Azmaria from Chrono Crusade and Rock Lee from Naruto and Colette from Tales of Symphonia (Kinda an 0T3 with a side of ship with Az and Lee).
Komui from D. Gray-man and Isaac Clarke from Dead Space.
Isaac Dean from Baccano and Waltz from Eternal Sonata because of a series of incidents where he basically keeps Waltz off-balance enough from being a complete jerk. He's so eccentric that Waltz likes his company.
