It's the wording though, where it's a statement as fact, rather than someone's opinion.

"this kind of rpf is wrong" vs "i think this kind of rpf is wrong".

"Greenlight's full of toolbags" vs "it looks to me that greenlight's full of toolbags"

etc etc

Oooooh. I think that should be inferred, it's a way to save text if nothing else. But good to know, I'll have to remember that for when I might make a secret.
