Re: cooking
-Cook chicken in a pan with olive oil. It's easier than whatever the fuck I was going to do! I now use this method for almost any meat I cook.
- When making Minute rice, I can save a pot by putting a frozen veggie in the boiling water before the rice, bring it back to a boil, then add rice. If I'm incompetent and it doesn't soak up all the water, turn the heat back on for a few seconds (or put it on the hot burner, I guess, if it's an electric stove.)
-Tuna noodle casserole is pretty easy, and it's even easier if you go with the Fast College Lazy Asshole version I made up, where you make pasta, dump in a can of tuna and sprinkle the whole thing with cracker crumbs because fuck you I'm hungry now.
- Corn on the cob is awesome in a toaster oven or the oven wrapped in tin foil with some butter all on them. It takes about a half an hour to cook them on about 300, I think.
-Guessing is a good way to cook. I tried making a cracker crumb crust on pork chops and it was almost delicious.
- Oh! put some steak strips and some whatever (I used a frozen stir-fry mix with beans and onion and carrot, and I may have added a fresh red bell pepper) in a pan and cook it up (maybe with something like Worcestershire sauce or something) and then mix it all up with some cous cous and it's amazing.
