Sorry! I mean the universe that has both Portal and the Half-Life games in it. I recently wrote an AU fic in that verse so I've been calling it that for shorthand in messages and stuff, but yeah pretty much no one uses that term but me.

The name makes sense though! It did cross my mind that you could've meant that, but I wasn't sure. And...AU? As in a crossover with something else or what?

Uhhhh. . .how do I explain it.

It was for a fic fest and the prompt was "Still Alive" and then the pairing was this one rarepair Sherlock one (Jim/Molly), so basically I took them, figured out their dynamics, and then built the universe around them? So I had a bunch of the Portal and Half-Life mythos and I put that in there and then the rarepair filled in roles that normally other characters from the Portalverse would be. It was a fusion-thing but also sort of a crossover? But also not either because there were some interpretation things I did differently and such. . .

Basically I just wrote a weirdass thing and I needed a shorthand.

That sounds kind of neat, actually. A little odd, but neat! I don't really ship Jim/Molly although I did try to stick my Sim Jim and Molly together but...you did post it online, right? Cause I kinda want to read it now. Maybe not -right this second- now, but I'm intrigued!

Yep, although it's still technically anon for the commfest :D It's very loosely Jim/Molly, not a physical relationship just an intense and codependent and creepy one. Mostly it's Molly's story, really.
