Genuinely: sure, yeah, if he hadn't been holding a gun, maybe Loki would have, like, shoved him over or something. Okay. That has absolutely no bearing on Loki's other actions...and also it isn't what happened. Loki killed Coulson. What-ifs don't change that. So...what is the OP's point? (Although I'm gathering that OP's point is actually "say something about Loki and then grab the popcorn," so nevermind.)
