(Anonymous) 2012-09-15 08:42 am (UTC)(link)The only time this should happen is when a character isn't focusing or under severe stress. For example, that one scene in Inglourious Basterds at the beginning, where they change languages. The French guy slips up once and immediately corrects himself. That's what would happen in real life, non of this, "Nein, mein Fräulein," business.
