Mmm, John Proctor. I love his speech at the end "...why for I cannot have another". And the hanging scene in the film is my favourite, great cinematography. Winona is fantastic too.

I know how you feel. I realized the other day that all my favourite ships involve cocky, intelligent, adventurous men, and vivacious, clever, and witty women. I never thought I was THAT predictable...
