What do you do when you go "I'm not in to mpreg sorry" and they respond "But this one is REALLY CUTE, just give it a try!!" what's a polite way to say no at that point?

"It's not my thing. I'd appreciate you respect that." If they keep on evaluate how much you enjoy their friendship because I have run people off telling them how awful I think mpreg is.

Anyone who keeps linking you to a kind of fic you've told them you don't like is being jerky. It's not your thing, and they should refrain from trying to make you read what you don't like.
