(Female child prodigy meets assassin's family) + (Genius boy and his girlfiend meets royal family) + (Supernatural being meets alien) + (Same alien and assassin from above meets living God) = WTF BRAIN!?


I'm sure I'm not the only one with this.

Yep. I was thinking about maybe making each plot idea above into a separate story to form an arc, but even that was too complicated for me to handle. In the end, I scrapped the idea entirely though I may reconsider making a spin-off in the future.

Bottomline: Crossovers are hard.

Crossover between Ocarina of Time and Star Trek Voyager with Doctor Who influence.

Okay, Star Trek/Doctor Who crossovers are spin-off canon (it's amazing, Eleven, Amy, and Rory end up on the TNG-era Enterprise to fight off a new alliance between the Cybermen and the Borg), but Zelda in absolutely no way fits in. I actually dreamt that last night. No more Doctor Who last thing before bed, I think...

Female cop with drinking problem (who probably can't die permanently) + Male cop with possible gambling problem (a canon!AU-version of the original) + Rude doctor with painkiller-problem => They fight crime as superheroes with alien technology in Las Vegas... with lots of reference on Doctor Who, The Who, and Grinch.

Or:
(rude wizard doctor kills witches with import hellhounds) + (cursed fugitive animagus poses as a dog of a young CSI) + (hunter family just tries to mind his own business) + (powerful witch tries to protect her granddaughters) + (young lab-rat-wannabe & young witch-wannabe become pen-pals) => in 1994!

Or:
married female dimension-traveller + too nice doctor + genius theoretical physicist/doctor + odd-one-out anthropologist => in Space!

And there are more of them.
