I think that's because most fanfic writers are female, so they're more comfortable writing about men getting raped or abused than women. Which would be kinda gross and hypocritical IMHO but since it's mainly a porn trope it's probably more to do with what they find arousing and what characters they like the most.

Also, because men getting raped and abused barely ever happens in media, whereas with women it's a painfully overdone and predictable trope.

That may be so, but it also gets rid of the most obvious, plausible and dramatic method for getting the two together that doesn't involve making Loki an ooc woobie. So yeah, eh, not interested in sucker!Natasha or in secretly good!guy Loki, which puts the two of them more or less permanently at odds if one is going for consensual.
