Hmm, there are some games I don't particularly enjoy the gameplay of, but I do like the story. Often I watched someone else play them, and have no desire to try them myself. Also, I am actually one of those completionist people who takes very long to finish a game. Add to that that I like RPG's and you can see why games are a big time investment for me. I'm never going to be able to finish all the games I want, certainly not while they're new. I'm only just playing Mass Effect 1 now, and it sort of sucks I can't participate in fandom, because of spoilers. So...it's sort of nice to be able to skip right to the fandom for some games.
