Jack Harkness is a tricky one-- because he can go from flamboyant and fabulous (although, technically not "femme-y") to stern and character driven dependent on the scene. I found that interesting about him. John Hart and Ianto are good examples, though-- same with Danny. :) Thanks for pointing them out.

I haven't seen all of these shows, but I'm much more relieved to hear there are some strong examples (and many!) out there.
