No, I think they were Centurion and The Eagle.

Oh, this is so interesting! Thinking on it, you're absolutely right. The Eagle definitely has more of a sense of an invading/occupying force, merely by virtue of the difference in accents between the Romans and the Britons/Picts. With Centurion? Well, from the perspective of a modern Brit, it's hard to think of plummy old Dominic West as a foreign force invading Britannia.
