When first watching these movies I kept thinking it was a poly relationship between three dudes and their adventures raising a baby/little girl. Young me was always slightly confused and disappointed with those movies.

MTE anon. I loved these films, but I was always confused by them. I haven't seen them in years, but when I think of them it's always a 3 dad, one baby loving family unit. I think I was too young to add sex into the equation, but their relationship is definitely romantic in my head :-)
