ETA: If it's just a general want for OT3 and not a Leverage specific want, check out White Collar. Also SGA was good for OT3 or OT4s - variety of pairings and generally good quality of writing.

OP, I also wondered if this was fandom-specific. There's a bunch of great Sam/Dean/Jess fic in SPN (warning for incest, obvs), and a lot of SPN RPF OT3ing and OT4ing of various kinds.

Not the OP, but any specific recs for Sam/Dean/Jess fics? That's a definite DO WANT for me, but I haven't seen many around in my (admittedly casual) forays into SPN fandom.

I don't think very highly of the writer as a person, but I loved Forget the Sun in His Jealous Sky by thenyxie.

I know there were others, but my bookmarks/delicious are old and disorganized, and I haven't saved many recent links. I'll keep trying though! (And if you don't mind a self-rec, I wrote one here.)
