I thought there was a good bit of OT3 fic with these three? I don't participate in the fandom itself, but I search the Leverage tag on tumblr occasionally and it seems to be a popular pairing.

I always seem to run across hardcore Eliot/Parker shippers - and mostly have run across Eliot/Parker fics [or Eliot/OC and Hardison/Parker]. Admittedly, I don't really 'do' tumblr [I just don't like the format/how everything is reblogging instead of having conversations for the most part], so it may just be different parts of the fandom but..yeah. I don't actually see that many fics for them, and the ones I do see are by the same handful of Arthur's. ^^;;

Also, I just generally want more ot3 fics to exist - not just in Leverage...that's just the OT3 I happen to ship the hardest.

Eliot/Parker is the one pairing out of those three that I have difficulty seeing (each to their own of course, I just didn't know they had enthusiastic shippers, lol), so I wouldn't have expected that. And I'm not a huge fan of tumblr besides the pretty pictures, so I understand. I'd say google it, and also maybe check delicious if you haven't? I'm sure there's an LJ comm too, but if there is you probably already know about it...

Er, White Collar is primarily OT3 fic I believe, and SPN has some. Also, Haven, which isn't very popular fandom-wise (or otherwise, really), but the three main characters would be easy to ship. Other than that...IDK, I don't really do OT3's; sorry.

Anime and game fandoms often seem to have at least a little bit of OT3 action... there are a lot of "power trio" type arrangements where there are three main characters, and then often some type of love triangle gets thrown into the canon. But since all three are generally friends, then it's pretty easy to ship them all together.
