Not for the reasons she asked him to or, obviously, WHEN she asked him to. A decent human being would not have put his family in that much danger to begin with, not to mention basically telling his wife "too bad" when she tells him she's (justifiably) scared for her life and the lives of her children. You really think Skyler should be like "Oh well, glad we're back to normal!" after all that?

LOL wow, this is the first time I've been namechecked, anon, thank you.

I'm actually torn, though, so while I'll give you the icon, I may have to disappoint you! On the one hand, I think Walt is as bad as you say and worse. On the other hand, I can't fault Skyler -- whose main goal has always been keeping her family safe, unlike that fucking douche -- for still trying to find the positives in the situation and, essentially, take what she can. The reasons it was not safe for her to leave him are still generally reasons, whether or not he's out; but at least, she thinks, if he really is quitting, and somehow quitting safely, then it won't get worse.
