I read it this way too. Nowhere does it say that's its supposed to be yaoi doujinshi. I don't know this manga but I for one enjoy fluffy father-son/whatever stuff so I assumed OP might have meant that. And yes, not all doujinshi is just smut like the people in this thread seem to assume.
