I've found some of the biggest wank involving all out arguments about whether or not triggers are even real, and people taking it to opposite extremes.

I personally think they are, just like PTSD. I think things like Rape/Suicide/Self Harm/Extreme Abuse are things that people should state that this is in my writing.
