Just because you can't relate to it doesn't mean it's unhealthy or abnormal. I never experimented with masturbation as a child, but it's still common and normal for young kids to do that to an extent.

I know myself and I'm confident in my mental health with regards to my sexuality, and your opinion doesn't really affect that one way or another.
