(Anonymous) 2012-09-22 12:46 am (UTC)(link)I'm about to head out for a vigil for a friend who passed away so my day isn't looking to end that well, but erm, for good stuff I guess... after finally getting my paycheck and financial situation worked out, I bought new clothes for the first time in over a year and bought an iPad. I'm not one for retail therapy, but seeing my new clothes and my thrown out old clothes pile made me feel a bit of satisfaction.
Overall, though, being an adult sucks. A lot.
