I submitted a tl;dr'y impossible-to-read secret because I felt readers would invest more attention to the transcript instead of skimming to get to the next secret.

I was late that day and someone else posted a transcript.
I feel awful they had to squint their way through that. I'm very sorry.

Pretty sure I was right but I will never do it again.

But I think that most people wouldn't even bother to look for the transcript if the secret was too illegible. You'd be better off working on your secrets, OP.

Kinda harsh isn't it? I mean it worked terribly for them and they said they aren't going to do it again...seems more like they had a moment of dumb to me.

Why is it harsh? They did a dick thing. They recognize they did a dick thing. They may feel bad about the dick thing but not too bad because they're still "right". So... that's a lot of dick right there.

It's great they'll never do it again. It means they won't be a dick in that way again.

They may not be an overall dick. That's nice. But in that instant they were a dick.

Everyone is a dick sometimes. Heck, I'm being a dick right now. So, I fail to see the problem.

I guess it might be a language thing?

Because what I got from it was that they were still a dick even though they'd apologized and stuff...

Whenever I've seen people suggest that some people submit hard-to-read secrets intentionally, I've always thought they were being a little conspiracy theorist-like.

But I guess it's something that actually happens. I stand corrected.

Or this is a secret created by the conspiracy theorists. A sleeper secret designed to dissuade you from giving future OPs the benefit of a doubt.
