Sorry, the Society of Creative Anachronists. Down here in the Deep South, they are at every Renaissance Faire and most conventions (pretty much any theme)...at least all the ones that I have met. Cod-piece wiggling is a tournament event at their gatherings.

And by Deep South, I mean Florida. We ain't Swamp People, but we are pretty much related. :)
