yeah this is why I don't like making long comments because then I say dumb things. I know that's not why there's misogyny in fandom. I just think it would be nice if it didn't have to be a thing -in fandom- at all. Which obviously means not having misogyny in society... but it just seems strange that it is so prevalent in fandom when really it shouldn't be. And it would be good if that were different? I know that it's because of misogyny in society as a whole, but I was just referring to it occurring in fandom as an isolated situation. Or something. Wow this doesn't make sense. nevermind
