Wedgie. People get used to thongs, it's probably possible to get used to a wedgie.

If stuck on a desert island, would you rather die of starvation, or would you drink salt water as a relatively painless way to commit suicide?

IDK about dehydration as a painless way to die tbh. I think starvation.

Would you rather never have internet access again or never have access to new books again?

Salt water shuts down your kidneys, and is fatal a lot quicker that simple dehydration or starvation (the more you know!)

...Does fanfic count as books? But either way, I'd rather have internet.

Would you rather have teleportation powers or weather controlling powers?

That's true about the kidneys. OTOH I'm more a "peel the bandaid off slowly" person, so I would go for a less painful long starvation over the agony of kidney failure. (Although dehydration would kill you faster, so there you go!)

All said, I would prefer to freeze to death over anything else - not really an option on a desert island lol.

I'd probably suicide by drowning before I drank salt water, but it was the first thing that came to mind.

And to answer your question, since I can't edit my comment, I would want teleportation powers! I'd never be late again. :D
