i finished torchlight 2 so here have some RPG music

probably because it's actually kind of a bad game. the soundtrack is wonderful, though.

Bah lies.

Okay, yeah, it originally need to be patched to HELL and back. But the GOG version is very stable and the mod community has put out some great stuff. There are at least two good Let's Plays of it (L0rdVega on youtube and someone on the LP archive).

But yeah the sound track is glorious.

nah, i've played a patched-up gog version with the fanpatches and all and it's just...

well, it's a broken, unbalanced mess. most RPGs of the era are, unfortunately.

fallout 1 is my be-all end-all, why can't more RPGs be like that? including fallout 2? :(

I never really got into Fallout. Arcanum was also my first RPG, besides the Quest for Glory series, so my nostalgia glasses are rather firmly on.

fallout was more or less my first cRPG and nothing else has stood up to it. except maybe deus ex, if you count that as an RPG.

Torchlight 2 is out? I have so not been paying attention.

Before I go running off to buy it, how did you like it? Does it have more replay value than Diablo 3?

it has more FUN than diablo 3

when the game first came out, the runic games website was more or less DDoS'd by 54,000 people hitting it at once.

you could still play singleplayer and multiplayer.

gonna have to agree. i will admit to listening to both FO1 and FO2's soundtracks endlessly on repeat because do i really need an excuse to do that
