Yeah, but a group of people who choose to worship a god of mischief, trickery and chaos could be said to have been cray-cray on their own, whether or not the actual deity exists. There's no particular reason why the Loki fandom should be crazier than, say, Thor's or Iron Man's.

Although you are not wrong about the Loki-religionists.

Yeah but there's actually a lot of overlap with Lokeans being also Marvel-Loki-fans these days, and it's actually hilariously similar, imo. Marvel-Loki-fans love their character for being unhinged and like a teenage brat who-does-what-he-wants. Like attracts like *shrug*.
