Yeah, that one moment did more to drive home the true horror of being the Hulk more than the previous Hulk movies combined (without sacrificing the cool and humorous aspects).

I also wonder what it would take to kill the Hulk without, like, tossing him into a supernova. If a bullet to the head can't get him, then anything that Banner's body or subconscious mind has a millisecond of "oh shit" reaction to would trigger the Hulk like a reflex. I can't imagine being Banner sitting up at night wondering if he'll be the only thing left roaring into the abyss if even the entire planet went boom. Abilities like that are disturbing.
