.......man, no. I'm sorry, but you are wrong. Jesse has done bad things but CONSISTENTLY feels bad about them and will avoid hurting or killing people every time he can. He didn't always, but that's an arc. He and Walter have each had one and it took them down completely opposite trajectories. Walt got ruthless and driven by pride and doesn't give a fuck who he hurts anymore. Jesse got mature and not selfless but way less driven by his own needs, more caring. And yeah, he could be called a woobie - this show has become a dissertation on Break The Cutie and that cutie is him - but it's not just the fact that his life is horrible that makes people want him to get out okay. It's the fact that he's slowly become the good guy while Walt slowly became the villain. Even on a show as dark as Breaking Bad, there is a moral compass and he's it. When horrible shit goes down (ie, the new guy on the team shooting a child in the face), he's the one who reacts to it like any of us would.
