I think if you're ever that badly injured, the Do Not Resuscitate clause could come into effect, if you have one. Or, alternatively, you'd probably be hooked up to a tube because the lack of higher brain functions means you can't eat, and have a clause in your will that says you'd want the plug pulled. (I don't know what it's called, but as soon as I turn twenty, I'm getting one of those.)
