Quite a lot? People poop when they die and also a lot if they're in some kind of accident. Also lots of people poop when they give birth. And when they're sick or young. I mean, it depends on your stage of life/death, but why should you be picky for a million dollars?

And I know of people who do/have poop(ed) in the same room as significant others, especially when they are ill.

You poop when you die if you have poop in you. And anyway, you're dead. Children and babies have an excuse.

I don't get pooping in front of an SO. Couldn't they leave the room?
