Where have you been? They tried to repair some of damage of season 1 Owen in season 2 by trying to make him different, because everyone hated him, but unfortunately none of the writers seemed to understand human emotions and likable characteristics. See also: Captain Jack, great character in Doctor Who, written so weirdly in Torchwood.

But hey, of course some people like him. Some people also get turned on by being pissed on: that doesn't make that a generally sexy thing to do.
