In the first book, when the code of the fairy book is cracked, a sample of the code alphabet is shown along with the translation. Along the bottom of each page are things written in the same alphabet. Using the already translated message, the reader could figure out the message at the bottom of the pages.

If the EPUBs don't have any of that, that's really kind of disappointing in my opinion. The code just added a really fun dimension to the books.
