Assuming he did, I suppose stretching the anus enough to fit anything really, might be the real problem.

Right? This is my thought process on this:

1.) Would Skynet assemble him with features extraneous to his functioning if they meant he would better pass as a human? Possibly. (But I don't think he has a digestive system. Or, organs of any sort, if I recall correctly.)

2.) Would Skynet consider that passing as human meant possibly having sex, including sex for purposes other than reproduction? Likely not.

Thus, he would have surface features, but not the internal capability to allow for anal sex.

(Sorry, John. Looks like you'll have to get your jollies somewhere else. Maybe the T-1000 would oblige you?)
