just good storytelling to experiment with a character's sexuality

I guess that's why you only ever see heterosexual people only hook up with same sex partners on tv.


Yeah... for all the, "sexuality is fluid, and people experiment, and people aren't 100% gay or straight!"; when it comes to the media, 99.9% of the characters who go outside their stated sexuality are gays being attracted to/having sex with/etc. people of the opposite sex. Where's all the sexuality fluidity/experimentation/not 100%-ness when it comes to straight people?
