A couple of years ago, I got into a subway late at night and there was this guy talking loudly to himself. Shortly before the subway left the station, I realised I was alone in the wagon with him. Although I told myself he was probably harmless and I was overreacting, I followed my gut and got into the next wagon.

In the middle of the ride, he started banging on the window of the door to the next wagon and yelling angrily. I was so glad I had gone with my gut feeling.
