I don't know how much help this will be for your level but this is something I used when I was studying for my CLEP.

http://www.chemhelper.com/

As for subjects that I had a hard time with... A lot of the time I would psych myself out by fixating on how much work I had ahead of me. Break it down in manageable bits, prioritize them, and focus on each by itself. Even if you don't manage to cover all the material before the test, you'll do a lot better if you thoroughly cover what you can instead of flipping through everything and panicking about what you don't know and trying to cram.

It sounds like you are being a little too hard on yourself! People are impressed that you going after your goals and attempting to accomplish them even though they are difficult. A lot people don't even do that much and those who do feel overwhelmed and in over their heads from time to time. It's having these feelings that impress other people when they hear what you're challenging yourself with.

I'm also very sure they don't hand those scholarships out to just anyone who asks so I'm pretty sure you're smart enough to be exactly where you are. And nine times out of ten all you have to do is put in the work and it comes out fine.

I would suggest also seeing if you can join a study group or at least find a study buddy to help you when the going gets rough.
