In all seriousness though, the entertainment industry can be a horrible, horrible job, depending on what type of person one is.

I'm an introvert with social anxiety and a fear of crowds, show business is my worst nightmare! (And I don't really know/care about celebrities, so no bonus for me). However, with the exception of child stars, most people choose to go into the business, and are probably attracted to it from the get go.

Still, I don't understand this obsession everyone has about fame. Paparazzi always after you, no privacy, stalkers, and for every beloved fan a hater, the constant criticism... The money is good, sure, but there are other well-paying jobs that give you some privacy and less stalkers.
