Exercising and sickness?
About a week ago, I got hit with some kind of sickness that left me totally wiped out, a bad cough, and muscle/joint aches that made me feel like I was being beaten with a stick.
I've been wanting to start physical training again, but I still feel very tired and achy. Should I just suck it up and go out and exercise anyway, or should I wait until my body feels better?

I know you shouldn't if you are still having moments of lightheadedness or muscle weakness.
Keep in mind that in some cases (usually when the illness in question involved a fever) heavy physical activity can trigger relapses.
And hydration is always key but even more so when recovering.

Not that I think you're likely to get that (don't panic), but the body isn't infinite in its capacity to rebound, even young, and you don't want to delay your full recovery. A gentle walk around the block would be recommended though, if you can hack it.
