Anyway, the short version: she was crazy prolific in the Nick/Ellis subfandom, and then started being all weird and passive-aggressive and unpleasant. She did stuff like express pleasure over hearing someone lost her job. Or when a friend was upset over having to put her cat down, zphal thought it would be an awesome time to complain about having her fanfic/art critiqued, or something. Basically she'd be happy to complain about her own personal problems to anyone who would listen, but wouldn't offer anyone the same courtesy, and was singularly obsessed with talking about her own fic/art at the most inappropriate times.
I never knew her that well, but L4D2 fandom was (is) small, and we had some mutual friends. A few months ago there was a falling out between zphal and a close friend of hers and there were some posts on tumblr about it. I didn't save any of it, but I could probably dig it up without too much trouble if you're really interested in reading it.
It's not really fun or shocking wank, though, even if you know the people involved personally. It's mostly sad and unpleasant. I have no idea if she's done anything similar in Avengers fandom; I didn't even know she was there until the secret a few days ago. <_< (As far as google search goes, you might have more luck with 'zphalgirl' which was the handle she was using when I knew her. I think she used another variant for her gamertag, but I'm not sure.)
