I liked Green Lantern a lot. I would have just made one major change. Cut out most of the boring Getting To Know Asshole Hal at the start and replace it with more actual Green Lantern/Paralax stuff.

Bonus, it would have cut out the whole offensive. "Dance with me" "No." "C'mon." "No." "You know you want me." "No." "Please?" "NO. N. O. Do you understand the term? I'm saying No." Cut scene to them dancing. Because when women say it, no means yes.
