You should start one anyway! It's unlikely that there'll be many problems, imo. Just make sure to outline the rules and format clearly. If it gets really overwhelming, though, you can ask for volunteers to help modding. I'm sure there'll be plenty of people willing to help out. :)

I'm still thinking about it, but fic for this fandom is so rare, even a meme with a really great mod is likely to be doomed from the start, so I don't want to lower it's chances even more.

Also, I think people anticipating the fourth season and the movie might make them even more reluctant to write fic right now, cause it might be jossed in just a few months. I think right after the movie's release might be a good time to make a meme.
