This. I don't see myself as a sexual being and imagining myself having sex with anyone is utterly strange to me. Characters having sex with each other can be hot though, as long as I'm not in it.

First-person porn fic weirds me the hell out for that reason, like what? I wouldn't be doing that, I don't feel like that, I never think this... but if it's someone else, it's a vicarious thing.

Ugh, so much agreement. I said below that one of the reasons I mostly read slash is because that way it is virtually impossible for me to imagine myself in either position. Just like you though, first person porn is guaranteed to squick me out a tiny bit.
